Welcome to the Devonshire Place Residents' Association (DPRA), dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents.

Our Objectives

• To improve the quality of life in the area
• To encourage cooperation amongst residents
• To maintain the present residential character of the area
• To enhance the environment
• To improve security for residents
• To cooperate with other residents associations

The DPRA is open to all residents, irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, politics and religion. In September 2011 local St James councillors awarded the DPRA a community grant of £300 and this generous sum enabled the Devonshire Place Residents Association to be set up, and funded its first year of activity, for which members are very grateful.
