RHS Award

Special thanks go to Susie Bower who put in a vast amount of careful work to ensure that the orchard restoration project fared so well in the awards. At a reception on 24th September, hosted by the Lord Mayor in Exeter's Guildhall, the project received an 'outstanding' award. The picture below shows the Blanche Croydon, whose vision led to the orchard regeneration project getting off the ground, receiving the award on behalf of the Devonshire Place Residents' Association.


About the RHS 'It's Your Neighbourhood Award'.

A campaign that supports local groups in improving their immediate local environment.

On September 19th certificates were awarded to all the different groups at Truro Cathedral and on October 23rd at a celebration in the City the certificates were presented by the Deputy Lord Mayor. This event also celebrated 10 years of Exeter Parks Watch.
